We do not accept insurance. Please see rates on the Insurance and Rates page.

Client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Sessions are normally 50 minutes long. We also offer EMDR intensives depending on client needs, up to 5 hours long.

Yes! All of our appointments are currently virtual appointments.
Our meetings are held in private locations with secure HIPPA compliant contacting apps.

We talk about where you want to be in short and long timeframes. Asking about motivations, making sure transparency is main priority.

We can discuss options, possibly recommending a new approach, more time in therapy, a different type of therapy, or a different therapist.
Contact between a therapist and the client can only occur within the boundaries of the professional relationship.

There is a $80 fee for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24hour notice.

One of the best things I hear from clients during the initial appointment is a detailed description of what they want in their life and situation.
